Colabor\u00f3 como pasante en un corporativo jur\u00eddico privado durante un a\u00f1o, siendo la encargada del \u00e1rea de Migraci\u00f3n, atendiendo asuntos jur\u00eddicos y tr\u00e1mites administrativos de personas f\u00edsicas y morales ante el Instituto Nacional de Migraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, tuvo una recurrente intervenci\u00f3n en asuntos de Propiedad Industrial, espec\u00edficamente en la Materia de Marcas ante el IMPI, participaci\u00f3n de conciliaciones ante PROFECO, as\u00ed como planeaci\u00f3n, desarroll\u00f3, seguimiento y vigilancia en la constituci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de SOFOM’s ante la CNVB y la CONDUSEF.<\/p>\n

Miembro de COLEMEX Dise\u00f1o Legal desde junio el 2024, desempe\u00f1\u00e1ndose en las \u00c1reas Civil, Mercantil, Familiar, Administrativo y Amparo, colaborando en la elaboraci\u00f3n y desarrollo de Demandas, Juicios de Nulidad, Recursos de Revisi\u00f3n, Juicios de Amparo Directo e Indirecto, entre otros; ante instancias judiciales y administrativas locales, estatales y federales.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1713386180988{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}”]\n
